Is a local pickup option available?

Where do you ship and how long will it take?

Internationally with tracking! Reduced rate within British Columbia and flat rate everywhere else. Estimated shipping time is 1 week within BC and approximately 1-3 weeks everywhere else. Please be mindful of delays and order early for gifts/holidays. We are not responsible for late deliveries. See return policy for details. 

Why was my print packaged rolled instead of flat?

Packaging for all prints has been thoughtfully selected following durability tests with different materials. Smaller prints are packaged flat with additional structural supports and are ready to frame. Larger prints come rolled in tubular packaging to prevent damage. To unveil your new artwork, simply lay the unrolled print on a clean dry surface, place the provided wrapping paper on top (or any thin barrier for protection), and place a heavy object on top (textbook). The print should flatten in under an hour and be ready to frame! We are not responsible for damages that occur after product is opened. Please see return policy for damaged items and contact with questions. 

What is giclée printing?

Giclée printing is recognized to be the most accurate printing technique using the finest pigments on acid-free material. They are guaranteed to be light-fast for up to 75 years and up to 200 years when framed under glass! 

What is the return policy?

All sales are final, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. If your package arrives damaged, please notify us with images via email within 14 days of the delivery date. As a courtesy to our valued customers, we will review reported damages and offer a resolution.

Can I order different sizes than the ones listed or printed merchandise?

Additional sizes or products including pre-framed prints, canvas prints, printed mugs/apparel/tote bags/phone cases etc may be available upon request. Please contact for more information.

Do you offer custom painting commissions?

Custom physical canvas paintings and custom digital artwork is offered with limited availability. Requests are not guaranteed and at the artist’s discretion.
